# What is PageHub's privacy policy?

PageHub is a React WYSIWYG editor SDK and hosted page builder. The
**PageHub privacy policy** below describes our **data collection** and
**data security** practices: what we collect, how we use it, who we share
it with, and how we protect it.

## Data we collect

When you use PageHub we collect:

- **Email address and avatar** — used to identify you when you sign in.
- **Page content** — the text, images, and other media you create on the
platform, so we can store and serve your pages.
- **Usage data** — collected via **Google Analytics** and **Vercel
Analytics** to understand traffic patterns and improve the product.

## How we use your data

- Email and avatar identify you across sessions and surfaces (dashboard,
  editor, billing).
- Page content powers the page builder service — storage, preview,
  publishing, custom-domain delivery.
- Analytics data is aggregated to spot trends and improve the product. We
do not use it to build advertising profiles.

## Data sharing

We do **not** share your personal information with third parties, except:

- Where required by law (court orders, lawful subpoenas).
- Where operationally necessary to deliver the service (for example, our
hosting provider needs to receive your requests to serve pages).

We may share **non-personal aggregated data** (e.g. "X% of users use
feature Y") with third parties for marketing or research.

## Data security

- Industry-standard security measures protect data at rest and in transit.
- Internal access is restricted to employees or contractors who need it to
  operate the service.
- We do not sell personal data.
