# What are PageHub's terms of service?

By using PageHub you **agree to the following terms** of service. The
**PageHub terms of service** below cover how you may use the service, who
owns **user-generated content**, what the **subscription terms** are for
Free and paid plans, and the **governing law** for disputes.

## 1. Use of service

You may use PageHub only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

- Infringe on the rights of others.
- Engage in offensive, defamatory, or harmful conduct.
- Transmit viruses or malicious code.
- Collect information from other users without their consent.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

## 2. User accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials
and for any activity under your account. Notify PageHub immediately of any
unauthorized access.

## 3. Intellectual property

All PageHub content, software, and materials are the property of PageHub
or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
reproduce or distribute PageHub's own content without written consent.

## 4. Limitation of liability

PageHub is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of use of the service, regardless of
legal theory.

## 5. Modification of terms

PageHub may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Section
10 (plans, pricing, subscriptions) controls over general billing language
elsewhere in these terms.

## 6. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on PageHub
you grant a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free,
worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute it. You are solely
responsible for what you post and represent that it is accurate, lawful,
and does not infringe third-party rights. PageHub may remove content that
violates these terms.

## 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PageHub, its affiliates, officers, agents,
employees, and partners against claims arising out of your use of the
service or breach of these terms.

## 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Los Angeles, CA, USA. Disputes
are resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County.

## 9. Termination

PageHub may terminate access to the service at any time and for any
reason without prior notice. Upon termination your right to use the
service immediately ceases.

## 10. Plans, pricing, and subscriptions

PageHub may offer Free, Pro, Business, Agency, or other named plans.
Published pricing and in-product limits describe what is included at
sign-up or renewal. PageHub may change plan names, list prices, usage
limits (storage, bandwidth, AI credits, form volume, publish or domain
limits, feature availability), and bundles to reflect product,
infrastructure, security, legal, or business needs.

- **Free plan.** May be changed, limited, or discontinued. Where
practicable PageHub will give reasonable notice of material adverse
changes, but Free access is not guaranteed.
- **Paid subscriptions.** Fees, billing period, renewal cadence, and tax
treatment are those shown at checkout (typically via Stripe). PageHub
may change list prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing
subscribers generally see changes at renewal, plan change, or when
adding billable capacity, subject to applicable law.
- **Third-party commerce.** If you connect Stripe (or another payment
provider) to sell on a site you build, your relationship is with that
provider. PageHub is not responsible for their fees, disputes, or
  payout policies.
- **Refunds and billing support.** Refunds and cancellations follow the
policy shown at checkout, in your account, or as required by law. Use
the published contact method for billing questions.
