OUR STORY
We started small. We stayed sharp.
Three people in a coworking space, two laptops, and one stubborn idea: agency work should feel like a good band — tight, kind, a little loud, and deeply in sync. Six years later we're twenty-four people in seven timezones and we still ship the same way we did on day one. Weekly reviews. Visible work. No silent handoffs. We run small on purpose so the talent on the strategy doc is the same talent in the kickoff, the same talent in the ship. When you hire us, you know who's building. When we hand off, you know what you're getting. That hasn't changed. It won't.
Founded in 2019
Started as a three-person studio in a coworking space above a record shop in Brooklyn. First client was a ceramics brand. Still working with them.
